The beating heart of this revolutionary restaurant is Flippy, a cutting-edge robotic system powered by Miso AI. Flippy is designed to streamline commercial kitchen operations, combining sophisticated technology with culinary expertise to ensure consistent, high-quality food.

Equipped with a set of sensors, cameras and intelligent algorithms, Flippy is able to adapt to various cooking techniques and recipes, making it a versatile asset in any kitchen.
