A&V Technology: Steel Fantasies Come to Life

The Vicenza-based company stands out for its ability to operate across various sectors and for its reliability in delivering modern, customized systems.

Creating steel solids and moving fluids, these are the words that best describe the production activity of A&V Technology, a company already firmly established in the market for welded monolithic structures and pumping stations. A dynamic, versatile, and modern industrial reality that, over the years, has strengthened its market position thanks to a well-equipped machine fleet that allows it to operate in various sectors, and the extensive experience of its staff, who are dedicated to developing tailor-made solutions designed specifically for each client.

“We specialize in the construction and supply of a wide range of products and structures in both light and heavy carpentry, as well as in mechanical processing,” says Engineer Valter Montagna, CEO of A&V Technology. “Our operations also include the production of small plants and hydraulic works, along with the pre-construction of complex monolithic structures. What truly distinguishes us is our ability to support clients and meet their needs with services and technologies suited to a market that is increasingly focused on product quality and solution safety.”

With know-how developed in both the public and private sectors, A&V has gained the ability to create customized solutions, maintaining an active relationship with clients and significantly contributing to business growth. “Our approach is made possible by a highly qualified and cohesive staff—a team of professionals where everyone is aware of their role and shares common goals,” Montagna explains. “We currently have twelve operators, including certified welders, carpenters, and mechanical operators, a technical-sales director, a technical office manager, two design engineers, a purchasing manager, two administrative staff, and a quality and safety manager. Another distinguishing aspect is our pursuit of the highest quality standards: our products are always guaranteed and certified according to UNI EN ISO 15614.1, UNI EN 287/1, UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, ISO 3834-2:2021, and ISO 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 standards for welding procedure qualifications on carbon and stainless steels. Furthermore, our welders are certified UNI EN 287/1, and we have an International Welding Inspector certified staff member. Lastly, we have obtained S.O.A. certification to participate in public procurement tenders.”

In this sector, the company produces welded monolithic structures for bridges, industrial sheds, and special pipes for land reclamation and irrigation; welded structures for photovoltaic and wind power plants; pumps and fluid systems equipped with electric drives; stoplogs and fish beams; sluice gates, mitre gates, and flap valves; tanks and expansion towers; components for electric motors and generators; and constructions for hydraulic turbines and hydroelectric power systems. A&V offers a curated and diverse range of solutions to meet the demands of modern business. “It’s not just about having the best technologies,” concludes the company’s CEO. “A&V Technology is the partner everyone needs: reliable, agile, and proactive—the ideal choice for designing and building projects that make a mark and are ready to tackle the challenges of the future.”
